MER Biofeedback® Therapy  Sessions 
The first step toward becoming a certified MER Biofeedback® therapist is to receive your own sessions. By experiencing the therapy for yourself, you will gain a personal understanding of its transformative power. This valuable experience will help you to decide if this is the right career path for you.

MER Biofeedback® Therapy Training Programme:

Content: 220 hours of foundational training covering the principles of MER Biofeedback® therapy, biofeedback therapy, quantum physics, neuroscience, mind-body connection, principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, self-development, and personal growth. The training includes webinars, online seminars and independent learning.
• Practical Application: 274 hours of hands-on practice, including MER Biofeedback® therapy sessions with clients.

MER Biofeedback® therapists are trained to identify clients’ personal negative thoughts, emotions and limiting beliefs using the biofeedback device.

Additionally, MER Biofeedback® therapists learn about holistic and positive psychology during the MER Biofeedback® training course. This knowledge helps our therapists provide each client with personalised, positive recommendations to improve their quality of life.

Learning is immersive, using a combination of seminars, discussions, Q&A and practical skills training.

Therapist Selection:
We will identify and recruit candidates who meet the following criteria:

Age Range: 33–50 years old.
• Passionate about holistic healing, self-development, and personal growth.
• Passionate about helping others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Our goal is to build a skilled and professional team of therapists capable of delivering high-quality MER Biofeedback® therapy sessions to clients across the UK.

Q & A

Can I practice MER Biofeedback® Therapy under my own or another company’s name? No. Our in-house training programme is offered only to those who will practice as therapists within MES Life Mastery Ltd. This is the only way we can provide high-quality MER Biofeedback® therapy sessions and effective results to our clients.

How long does it last?
The MER Biofeedback® Therapy Training Course lasts approximately 7 months. The duration of the training depends on how much time you can dedicate to learning and hands-on practice (full-time or part-time).

Where can I practice MER Biofeedback® Therapy? Graduates of our training programme will become MER Biofeedback® Therapists within MES Life Mastery Ltd in the United Kingdom.

How many therapy hours am I required to provide per month? Following your training, we require a commitment of 80-120 therapy hours per month.
