48-Hour Notice Requirement

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a £50 late cancellation fee.

How to Cancel

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us in writing at: info@meslifemastery.co.uk.

• • This policy ensures fairness, as it allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client currently waiting for a therapy session.

Substitution/Replacement

If you are unable to attend your session for any reason, you are welcome to arrange for another individual or family member to take your place for that session time.
