Step 1:

Benefits of MER Biofeedback® Therapy, Workshops, and MER Biofeedback® Therapy Sessions 
The first phase focuses on building self-awareness and understanding of MER Biofeedback® therapy and its benefits. This will be achieved through Training Courses and Workshops, including:
Presentations to introduce MER Biofeedback® therapy.  Includes a Q&A session.
Our workshops focus on self-awareness, intuition, self-development, and personal growth.
• You’ll also experience a MER Biofeedback® Therapy session firsthand, giving you a taste of this powerful therapeutic approach.

Step 2:

MER Biofeedback® Therapy Training Course in the UK

We are seeking suitable candidates for therapist training in MER Biofeedback® Therapy.

Therapist Selection:
We will identify and recruit candidates who meet the following criteria:

Age Range: 35–50 years old.
• Passionate about holistic healing, self-development, and personal growth.
• Passionate about helping others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Opportunities:

• Graduates of our training programme will become MER Biofeedback® Therapists within MES Life Mastery Ltd in the UK.

• Future opportunities will include franchising options for therapists interested in expanding their practice.

Our goal is to build a skilled and professional team of therapists capable of delivering high-quality MER Biofeedback® therapy sessions to clients across the UK.

Training Programme:

Content: 220 hours of foundational training covering the principles of MER Biofeedback® therapy, biofeedback therapy, quantum physics, neuroscience, mind-body connection, principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, self-awareness, self-development, and personal growth. The training includes webinars, online seminars, independent learning, and in-person workshops.
• Practical Application: 274 hours of hands-on practice, including MER Biofeedback® therapy sessions with clients.

MER Biofeedback® therapists are trained to identify each client’s personal negative thoughts, emotions and limiting beliefs using the biofeedback device. Approximately 700 stress indicators have been selected from the 7,000 available in the device, the balancing of which has provided clients with faster and more effective results.

Additionally, MER Biofeedback® therapists learn about holistic and positive psychology during the MER Biofeedback® training course. This knowledge helps our therapists provide each client with personalised, positive recommendations to improve their quality of life.

Learning is immersive, using a combination of seminars, discussions, and practical skills training.

Ulle Toomeoja, along with other MER Biofeedback® tutors from Estonia, trains new therapists for MES Life Mastery Ltd.
