What Will We Do in the Workshops?

In our workshops, you’ll engage in pair and group activities to practise sensing subtle energy. Working in small groups enhances shared focus and amplifies the energy experience—much like a team or choir harmonising.

What Will We Do in the Exercises and Energy Games?

Pair Exercises:
• Partner with someone to practise feeling energy between you. For example, hold your hands near each other and notice sensations like warmth, coolness, or tingling. These exercises heighten awareness of subtle, invisible signals.
Group Exercises:
• Participate in activities that explore collective energy. Similar to how clapping in unison feels more powerful when in sync, group energy work enhances your ability to sense and experience different energetic forms.

Sharing What We Feel

After each exercise, we’ll take turns sharing our experiences. You might describe sensations such as warmth, coolness, tingling, or even a gentle push. As everyone shares their observations, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of how energy feels unique to each person.
Practising energy awareness together helps us recognise these subtle sensations more clearly. Pair and group exercises provide opportunities to explore energy in a hands-on way, while sharing our experiences makes the learning process both enjoyable and insightful.
