My Journey into Human Consciousness and Energetic Perception

Throughout my life, I have worked and been active in very different fields, always combining a practical, grounded side with a creative one. I spent a many years as a government official but also worked as a choreographer for figure skaters; I have taught public administration and management at the university level, but I have also been a classical ballet instructor. Additionally, I have been an entrepreneur.

For many years, I worked as a government official and participated in Estonia’s accession negotiations with the European Union. This was an extremely interesting but highly intense period. A process of such magnitude demanded extraordinary effort from the staff of a small country. Long working days, heavy responsibilities, and prolonged stress, combined with an overly developed sense of duty, led to health issues.

In 1999, during a work trip to France, I experienced an anaphylactic shock and had to be resuscitated. Such an experience makes you reevaluate many aspects of life. I realized I no longer knew how to relax—coming home in the evenings, I couldn’t calm my body, nor could I step off the fast-moving train of my thoughts. That was the beginning of my journey toward alternative solutions.

From an early age, I have been fascinated by science and knowledge from various domains, which has reinforced my belief that there is something greater than what we see with our eyes or notice in daily life. I read extensively, exploring everything available at the time. Later, I delved into materials on quantum physics discoveries, neuroscientific studies on the effects of meditation on the brain, and the impact of language on human life and attitudes. One film led to another, one book to the next.

Over 20 years ago, I began my exploration of human consciousness and the psyche. Throughout this journey, I studied various methods and participated in both short and long courses, both in Estonia and abroad. I delved into disciplines such as Noetic Science, parapsychology, spirituality, and consciousness studies.

From 2015 to 2019, I undertook advanced studies in Extrasensory Perception (ESP), a field rooted in the principles of Noetic Science, focusing on inner wisdom, direct knowing, and intuition. This journey has provided me a profound understanding of the interconnectedness between the mind and energy, offering unique insights into their dynamic interactions.

Teaching and Guiding Others

Ten years ago, I began sharing the knowledge I had acquired through training sessions, workshops, consultations, mastermind groups and mentoring others.

My programmes address the complexities of the human mind and explore topics ranging from Noetic Science and parapsychology to intuitive perception and energy awareness.

It has been an interesting journey—a journey to self-discovery. I had been involved in international issues and was always fascinated by broad, interdisciplinary topics. To my surprise, when I shifted my focus to what I initially assumed to be narrower questions—those concerning individuals—I discovered the most expansive world of all: an infinite realm of possibilities. Supporting others in finding their own path and inspiring them to discover their inner strength has been a profound source of inspiration for me.

My goal is to empower people with the confidence, that, no matter how difficult their current circumstances may be, they possess the strength to overcome them and create the life they have always dreamed of. What truly matters is not what happens to us, but how we choose to interpret it. Everything depends on our attitudes and perspectives, with the world acting as a mirror, reflecting them back to us.
